GETTING STARTED:

Our Software is a versatile Salon & point-of-sale Accounting & Management software. It Accomplishes following Modules:-

1. APPOINTMENT SHEET

The Matrix Salon appointment Sheet is a powerful and very easy to use appointment system. It was designed with all the tools you'll need to make scheduling your client's appointments quick, easy and with lots of flexibility.

Here are some of the main features in the Salon Software Appointment Sheet:

2. INVENTORY

  • Purchase Order: The Purchase Order module is a professional order entry system that allows you to order and verify orders received as part of your inventory control.
  • Purchase Return: Goods may be returned back by customer if they carry defects or if they are not according to the specifications of the Organization. Stock will be deducted for the particular product.
  • Breakage/Expiry: This feature facilitates in tracing all the goods/stock (Defected or expired) which cannot be further used. Stock will be deducted for the particular product.
  • BOM: A bill of materials (BOM) is a list of the parts or components that are required to build a product.
  • Item Issue : This feature allows admin to issue product to particular Customer Or Employee. Stock will be decremented with the desired Quantity.
  • Item Return : This feature facilitate return of particular product . Stock will again be incremented with the Quantity of Goods Returned.

3. DISCOUNT MODULE

  • Discount Categories: Software Allow you to create Common Discount Categories for Card & Coupons. Admin can create a Discount Category and Specify the Discount Criteria under each category according to Groups. Eg. Admin can provide 10% discount on each item under Group “Hair” and 20% discount for each item under Group “Beauty”
  • Discount Card We Provide Discount Card to customer that entitles the Customer to Discount on the prices of some products or services
  • Discount Coupon: Our Software also provide Coupon to receive a discount on future upgrade or renewal orders for any of our subscription services.
  • Job Card Discount: Front Office can provide discount on Job Card at the time of Billing

3. DISCOUNT MODULE

  • Value Membership: X Amount of Services will be given to Customer according to Membership Package. E.g. Customer can avail Services of Rs. 20000 at the Cost of Rs.17000
  • Service Membership: X Number of Services will be given to Customer according to Membership Package. E.g. Customer can avail 20 Hair Services at the cost of 5000 Rs.
  • Payment History: system keeps a long-term record of invoices and payments for each member.
  • Reports : Produce a variety of reports detailing which members are paid and unpaid, member status , custom reports and more.

4. Member Package

  • Membership Card :Software allows creating membership Card for regular Customers. Membership will be Of Two Type:
    • Value Membership: X Amount of Services will be given to Customer according to Membership Package. E.g. Customer can avail Services of Rs. 20000 at the Cost of Rs.17000
    • Service Membership: X Number of Services will be given to Customer according to Membership Package. E.g. Customer can avail 20 Hair Services at the cost of 5000 Rs.
    • Payment History : system keeps a long-term record of invoices and payments for each member.
    • Reports : Produce a variety of reports detailing which members are paid and unpaid, member status , custom reports and more.
    • Membership PackageThis Feature allows creating and allocation of Package to customers on particular discount.

    5. Accounting

    • Manage Account Groups/Sub Groups and Account Settings

    6. BILLING MODULE

    Software Supports Four Types of Billing (Service, Membership, Package, Retail) with two billing Modes (Cash, Credit). Details of Billing are mentioned below.

    7. EMPLOYEE AND RESOURCES UTILIZATION TRACKING SYSTEM

    Before an employee starts a service, he has to enter Log-In time with the service and Resource details he is working on. Similarly when he finishes his job, again he needs to enter Log Out time for that particular service before starting working on another service. In this way our system Provide accurate reports for the Utilization of Employees and other Resources in the Salon.
